We stand behind our products. If an account cannot be delivered as described, a full refund will be issued.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are available for: undelivered accounts, accounts that cannot pass login, and KYC verification failures within 7 days.
Non-Refundable
Accounts that have been accepted and verified by the customer, or accounts restricted due to user policy violations.
